When you request a quote, we collect your contact details, business name, project needs, budget, timeline, contact preference and the information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and manage our business relationship. Please avoid including sensitive medical, financial or identification information in your message.

How we use and share information

Your request is stored in our enquiry system and emailed to our team using our hosting and email providers. Access is limited to authorised staff. We do not sell your information or subscribe you to marketing lists through the quote form.

Storage and security

We protect access to enquiries through authentication and access controls. We keep information for the purpose it was collected and any applicable record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed. You can contact us to request deletion of an enquiry.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for further processing, subject to applicable obligations. Contact us using the details above. You may also raise a concern with Kenya’s Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

Cookies and external services
